I'm not dismissive of the biblical account for the genesis, I think it indeed has interesting insights on how it may have happened such as the order in which organisms appeared, the idea that we are dust and we will return to dust and the relativity of time as you pointed out.

I used the "days" analogy in a way to represent my own, admitted ignorance about the Bible.
